About the Program
Elite Prep Las Vegas is a test prep and tutoring center on S. El Capitan Way in the southwest valley (89147), part of a larger chain of centers. It works with students in grades 5 through 12, so it is mostly a middle and high school option.
The center offers SAT, ACT, PSAT and AP exam prep, subject tutoring, and college admissions help, plus for-credit courses through Elite Open School that can add AP or honors credit to a transcript. Students from Clark High School, The Meadows, Bishop Gorman, West Career & Technical Academy, Faith Lutheran and Palo Verde are among those it lists as served. A good first step is the free diagnostic SAT test, or a free ACT or PSAT practice test, which gives you a baseline score before you commit to a course.
For tuition, fill out the form or call (702) 800-7757. If your teen is aiming for a spring SAT, ask about winter sessions over CCSD winter break. A second center is in Henderson.

First Visit Guide
What most tutoring centers expect. Confirm the details with Elite Prep before you go.
What to bring
- Recent schoolwork, the report card, or teacher notes. This is the most useful thing you can carry in the door.
- School-issued logins, since many tutors work inside the same curriculum CCSD uses
- Your child's IEP or 504 if they have one and you're comfortable sharing it
Before you go
- Most centers start with an assessment, often free. Book it when your child is fresh, not at 6 pm after practice.
- Ask how progress gets reported back to you and how often.
The first visit
The first visit is the assessment, then a proposed plan: subjects, how often, group or one-on-one. Walk out knowing the per-session cost and the commitment length, and ask how they handle CCSD break weeks.
For sensory-sensitive kids
Ask whether sessions run one-on-one, in small pods, or on an open floor. Kids who hold it together all day at school often need the quiet room after the bell.
