Built by Parents, Powered by Data
A directory of children's activities across the Las Vegas Valley, built by a local mom who wanted her kids to find where they belong.

"Every child deserves to find where they belong."

Meet Monica Schoborg, Founder of PlayPivot
Monica Schoborg started PlayPivot out of frustration and love.
When she set out to find a dance studio where her daughter would feel safe and welcome, she spent days making dozens of phone calls to studios across the valley. She asked each one the same questions. Did they offer sensory-friendly classes? Would a child like her daughter truly be welcome? Out of all those calls, only one studio could give her a clear answer.
That experience revealed a problem Monica could not ignore. The programs families need almost always exist. Parents just cannot find them. As she scrolled through local parenting groups, she saw hundreds of other parents asking the same questions she had, hunting for the right swim class, the right martial arts studio, the right preschool, and coming up empty.
So she built the resource she wished she had.
Ending the Spreadsheet Struggle
PlayPivot was built to end the 50-tab frustration. Those late nights with a dozen browser tabs open, comparing studios, checking ages, and still not knowing which place was the right fit.
PlayPivot is a directory of children's activities across dozens of categories, from dance and swimming to martial arts, preschools, tutoring, and specialized programs. What makes it different is its focus on helping families find the programs where their children will genuinely belong, without the guesswork, the dead ends, or the dozens of phone calls.
Monica built PlayPivot so that no parent has to make dozens of calls to find the one place their child fits. Her mission is personal. Every child deserves to find where they belong, and every parent deserves a better way to find it.
How PlayPivot Works
Most directories wait for businesses to add themselves, which leaves families with big gaps and outdated information. PlayPivot works the other way around. We build our listings from public business data across the Las Vegas Valley, then organize everything by category, age range, neighborhood, and program type, so you can compare your options in one place instead of across fifty browser tabs.
Every listing runs through a quality-control process built and overseen by Monica that checks business details and removes anything that does not serve children or families. When information changes, or a parent flags something out of date, we update it.
We are honest about what we are. PlayPivot is a directory that gets better every week, not a finished one. If you spot something wrong, or know a great local program we are missing, tell us.
