Welcome to PlayPivot. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. What PlayPivot Is, and What It Is Not

PlayPivot is a directory. Listings, guides, ratings and event details come from each program's own website, other public sources, Google reviews, and information that businesses and parents give us. PlayPivot does not vet, inspect, audit, license, certify, background-check, endorse or guarantee any program, business, event or person shown on the site. We do not confirm what programs say about themselves, including statements about staff training, background checks, licensing, safety practices or special-needs support.

Information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we do not guarantee the completeness, correctness or timeliness of any listing, schedule, price or policy. Ratings and reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not PlayPivot's. Words like "top-rated", "popular" or "featured" describe ratings, reviews or placement on PlayPivot. They are not a safety or quality endorsement.

Before you enroll or attend, check prices, schedules, ages, credentials, licensing, safety practices and fit directly with the program.

2. Subscription & 7-Day Refund Policy

PlayPivot offers a Premium subscription for business owners, billed monthly at the price shown on our Pricing page.

Refund Policy: We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. To request a refund, please contact our support team at help@playpivot.org within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Business Listings & Claims

Business owners may "Claim" their listing to manage its content. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that business. PlayPivot reserves the right to verify claims and remove access if authorization cannot be confirmed.

4. Professional Standards

Users and business owners must maintain professional conduct on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content, reviews, or listings that are found to be fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of our community standards.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (such as reviews, photos, or Q&A responses) to PlayPivot, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation of the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or our community standards. PlayPivot reserves the right to review, edit, or remove user-generated content at our sole discretion.

6. Automated Access, Scraping & Data Use

The PlayPivot platform, including its directory listings, editorial guides, reviews, photos, event calendar, and the selection, arrangement, and enrichment of that data, is owned by or licensed to PlayPivot and protected as a compilation. You may not, without our prior written permission: (a) access the platform using any automated means (including scrapers, crawlers, bots, or headless browsers) other than search engines and AI assistants honoring our robots.txt; (b) copy, extract, harvest, mirror, or bulk-download any portion of our content or data, whether manually or by automated means; (c) use our content or data to build, train, populate, or improve any competing directory, dataset, or machine-learning model; or (d) circumvent any technical measure we use to limit access. We may monitor for automated access, and violations may result in immediate termination of access, IP blocking, and legal action. If you would like to license our data, contact help@playpivot.org.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlayPivot is a platform for discovery. We are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or losses arising from your interaction with businesses listed on our site. Participation in any youth activity is at your own risk.
