1. Accuracy of Information
PlayPivot provides a directory of youth activities aggregated from public sources and provided directly by businesses. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, correctness, or timeliness of any listing, schedule, pricing, or safety protocol. **Users are strongly encouraged to verify all details directly with the provider before booking or attending.**
2. Subscription & 7-Day Refund Policy
PlayPivot offers a Premium subscription for business owners at $49/month or $470/year.
Refund Policy: We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@playpivot.org within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
3. Business Listings & Claims
Business owners may "Claim" their listing to manage its content. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that business. PlayPivot reserves the right to verify claims and remove access if authorization cannot be confirmed.
4. Professional Standards
Users and business owners must maintain professional conduct on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content, reviews, or listings that are found to be fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of our community standards.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (such as reviews, photos, or Q&A responses) to PlayPivot, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation of the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or our community standards. PlayPivot reserves the right to review, edit, or remove user-generated content at our sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
PlayPivot is a platform for discovery. We are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or losses arising from your interaction with businesses listed on our site. Participation in any youth activity is at your own risk.
