About the Program
Valley Christian is a church with a Las Vegas Location and a Henderson Location, and its Youth and Family Ministry serves children and teens. During Sunday services kids go to their own classrooms, where Children's Ministry Coordinator Greta Ernest writes the curriculum and sets up each room, and families check children in before class.
Preteens and teens have a core group of leaders who plan social events built around faith and friendships with peers. Parents get training and support for leading faith at home. Sam and Kari Anderson head the ministry. Ask the church about class ages and Sunday times before your first visit.
