About the Program
Trade & Fashion Academy Las Vegas is a sewing and fashion design school in the University District, teaching everything from a first sewing class to advanced trade courses. For kids, the main offering is the Kids/Youth Fashion Camp, in two age groups: 8 to 12 and 13 and up.
Camps run four days, Monday to Thursday. Kids sketch and design, learn pattern drafting, get trained on sewing machines and sew and finish real garments. Beginners and kids who already sew are both welcome. In 2026, a full day (9am to 5pm) cost $750. Half days (9am to 12pm) cost $300, and a two-week full-day deal was $1,250. Snacks and water are provided; full-day campers bring lunch. Note that camp fees are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase.
The 2026 spring camp ran March 16 to 19, and summer camps ran weekly from June 1 to August 6. If the pattern holds, watch for spring break 2027 dates (March 15 to 19, 2027).
