About the Program
Shepherd Studios is a faith based music school on S. Rainbow Blvd in southwest Las Vegas that takes all ages and focuses on youth. Vance Shepherd teaches piano, keyboard, guitar, drums, bass and music theory, and Michelle Shepherd teaches voice and violin, from beginners up to intermediate violin players.
Students get one-on-one lessons plus chances for group lessons and live performances. Band members also meet for weekly game, Bible study and jam nights. The studio takes donated instruments and gear for students who cannot afford their own, and it runs a recording and video production side as well.
