About the Program
Broadway Kids Academy's Centennial Campus, at 4161 N. Rancho #140 in northwest Las Vegas, teaches musical theater to Kids ages 3 to 18, and no experience is needed to join. It is one of four BKA studios in the valley, along with Summerlin, Henderson Anthem and Henderson Horizon, and the Northwest/Centennial studio was the academy's first, opened in 2008.
Classes work toward what the academy calls Triple Threats, kids who can act, sing and dance. There are two main tracks, the Musical Theater program and the Show Choir program. Every child performs in a class show each semester on the studio's own stage, with lights, microphones and costumes, so plan on a show night every semester. Family and friends buy show seats through the Ticketor Service.
The Centennial Campus is open Mon-Thurs, 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Founder Margie Seastrand started the academy in 2006 with Owner/Producer Jackie Snowden. BKA also runs Broadway Kids Summer Camps. Call the Centennial Campus at 702 785 4608 for current class prices, the class block schedule and summer camp weeks.
