About the Program

Sport-Social is an indoor center in the southwest valley where kids build social, communication and behavioral skills through sports, art and music. The staff calls the goal learning to be a Cool Friend, and the music lessons use ABA techniques, which matters for families looking for social skills support built into the activity.

The building has a full skatepark, a sports court, a rock climbing wall, a bounce house, art and music rooms, a video game room and a café. Private lessons run once a week for one hour and focus on one or more specific skills, such as riding a bike or scooter, skateboarding, court sports, piano, guitar, drums, voice, drawing, painting or sculpture, with some work on social and behavioral goals mixed in. Sport lessons include helmet, pad and traffic safety.

Many families pair a weekly private lesson with a social skills group. Other options include Special Interest Classes, Teen Nights, group skateboard classes, Dungeons & Dragons classes, a Vocational Program, summer camp and school year camps.

The center offers a free tour and evaluation by phone at 702.485.5515. Ask about ages for each group, pricing and the closure dates page before you book.
