About the Program
Synergy Dance teaches kids, teens and adults at two studios, one serving Summerlin and the southwest and one in the northwest. Classes start at 2 years old. The style list is long: tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater, yoga and acro or gymnastics.
You do not pick the level yourself. Teachers place each child by age and experience, and the studio offers a free trial class and a short consultation to sort that out. Kids in the recreational foundation classes can take just the styles they like, while competition team dancers must take ballet, tap and jazz. The team has its own auditions, so ask for those dates.
Foundation classes take new students until the end of April, so a child who wants to start after winter break can still register. Every purchase is final sale, so get the cost and any fees in writing before you pay. The office is open weekdays 12pm to 9pm at 702.788.3005.
