About the Program
EIGO is chef Emmanuelle Caumont's cooking studio in Summerlin, and its kids side offers hands-on classes for ages 7 to 17. Most of the business is private chef work and adult events, so the kids classes page is the one parents need.
The group options are a 2 hour pasta class with homemade pasta and tomato basil sauce, a pizza class with dough made from scratch, and a Chocolate Truffles Party. A longer Culinary Adventure runs as a 4-hour session. Kids classes are advertised at $50; ask the studio whether that is per child and which class it covers.
For one-on-one time, a 2-hour private class with the chef is $150. A two-hour Young Apprentice Chef Program lets parents pick the topics, from bread and soup to knife skills and food handling. Teens 12 to 17 have their own Teen Chef program. Groups can use the studio's book 6, get the 7th free deal, which helps for a birthday or a few friends cooking together.
The Las Vegas line is 702-303-1789.
