About the Program
Vegas Strong Lacrosse is a girls club lacrosse travel program in the Las Vegas Valley, with teams at the High School Elite, Varsity, Junior Varsity, Middle School (14U), and 10U levels. It started in 2023 as a nonprofit.
The club runs three seasons a year: summer from mid-May through early July, fall from September through November, and a winter season after that. Teams usually practice twice a week, always in Las Vegas, and the exact days and fields go out once rosters are set. Players travel to in-state and national tournaments, and the program adds strength and conditioning. For older girls, coaches with college playing backgrounds help with the recruiting process.
New players are welcome, and there are beginner and skills programs to learn the game before moving into competitive play. Each player needs a girls lacrosse stick (boys sticks will not work), a mouthguard, goggles or a girls lacrosse helmet, and cleats without metal spikes.
