Cobrinha Henderson

Cobrinha Henderson teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at 10870 S Eastern Ave, Suite 104, in Henderson, zip code 89052. The program is built specifically around BJJ, with separate kids BJJ, youth BJJ, and self-defense tracks, and covers three age brackets: 3 to 5, 6 to 12, and 13 to 18, so a family can potentially keep a child enrolled here from preschool age through high school.

The listing includes confirmed hours, which is worth noting because it differs from a simple open-to-close schedule: Monday through Friday classes run in two separate blocks, 10 to 11:30 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., which suggests a morning class for younger kids or homeschoolers and an evening block for after-school students. Saturday hours are shorter, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the academy is closed on Sunday.

The facility is described as a martial arts studio with professional instructors and a safe training environment, which are the specific amenities on file, rather than a broader list of equipment or extras.

Pricing sits in the $$ range on the directory's scale. No exact monthly tuition or per-class rate is listed, so families should call (725) 735-5162 or visit cobrinhahenderson.com to get current pricing for the different age brackets before enrolling.

No scholarship program, sibling discount, or trial class is confirmed in the listing, so parents should ask directly about any of these when they call, since many martial arts academies offer at least a trial class even when it is not listed publicly.

Because the schedule is split into a morning block and an evening block rather than one continuous window, this is a useful detail for parents comparing academies: a family that needs care right after a 3 p.m. school pickup should confirm whether the 5 p.m. evening class start works with their timing, since there is a gap between the two daily blocks that families should plan around.
