About the Program
Boulder Bowl is an 8-lane bowling alley on California Ave in Boulder City, open to all ages, with one rule for families: children 7 years old and younger need an adult with them the whole time. The alley was built in 1947 and has new pin setters and scoring tablets.
Games are $5 on weekdays and $6 on weekends, and shoe rentals are $4, tax included. Open bowling is first come, first served, with up to 6 people per lane, so call for open bowling times before the drive. Bumpers are available, but they stay up or down for the whole lane, and there are no ball rollers. Ask about cosmic bowling nights.
Party packages run 2 hours. The 2:2:10 Party covers 2 lanes and 10 people with hot dogs, chips and sodas for $199, or $150 without food. The 3:2:15 is $299 and the 4:2:20 is $399, and games and shoes are included. You can bring cake, cookies or cupcakes, but no confetti or glitter. The alley does not book parties for groups of kids under 8.
Hours are Tuesdays to Thursdays 1pm - 5pm, Fridays 10am - 10pm, Saturdays 11am - 10pm and Sundays 11am - 5pm. It is closed Mondays, and parking is free.
