Let's Talk Therapy Center is a therapist owned clinic in Las Vegas offering speech, occupational and physical therapy for babies, kids, teens and adults, with ABA services and Spanish-language services available. Age ranges vary by therapy: occupational therapy sees patients from 1 year old to adult, physical therapy covers newborn to 21 years old, and the speech team works with children from infancy to adolescence.

A first OT visit starts with a parent interview and play-based activities, followed by a plan of care with specific goals. For feeding concerns, founder Adrienne Williams, MS, CCC-SLP, lists the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding (SOS) among her certifications, and kids get an age-appropriate snack during the visit, so you may be asked to bring favorite foods, utensils and a food diary. After speech and feeding evaluations, a written report goes home and to your pediatrician if you ask.

Parents are encouraged to take part, especially with younger kids, though a therapist may suggest watching from a distance. ABA hours are set by the BCBA after an assessment, and parent training is required for insurance. Physical therapist Heather Riggins offers intensive therapy and the Thera Suit Method.
