About the Program
NEAT Services is a Las Vegas valley educational therapy and advocacy practice for children with disabilities, working with students from early intervention through college. The focus is one-on-one help: educational therapy, special needs tutoring, assessments, and support at school meetings.
Tutoring happens in person or online. Sessions can be held at the Henderson location, in your home anywhere in the Las Vegas area, or virtually. Tutors work with kids who have dyslexia, ADHD or ADD, autism, specific learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, developmental delays and multiple impairments, and they can work from your child's school curriculum or suggest other programs.
For parents dealing with school paperwork, NEAT Services offers advocacy for IEP, 504 and MDT meetings and builds individualized education and tutoring plans. There is also an art, music and recreation therapy program using crafts, games, dance, drama, music and community outings.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend appointments available. Start with the free consultation at (702) 413-7437 and ask about package rates then.

How this program accommodates different needs
Based on the provider's published information. Confirm the specifics for your child before enrolling.
First Visit Guide
What most pediatric therapy clinics expect. Confirm the details with NEAT Services before you go.
What to bring
- The referral or prescription if your doctor wrote one
- Insurance card
- Copies of past evaluations from school, the pediatrician, or specialists. Copies in hand can save you weeks.
- A comfort item for your child and snacks for the waiting room
Before you go
- Call your insurance and ask about coverage and whether an authorization is needed. This is the number one cause of delays, so get it moving early.
- Ask about the waitlist for evaluations versus ongoing sessions. They're different lists.
- If the clinic emails intake paperwork, finish it before you arrive.
The first visit
The first visit is an evaluation, not a therapy session. Expect observation, play-based tasks, and a long parent conversation, then a written plan with goals. Ask how parents stay involved between sessions.
For sensory-sensitive kids
These clinics are built around kids who need them, and most will happily give you a photo tour or a walk-through beforehand so evaluation day isn't your child's first time seeing the room. Take them up on it.
