About the Program
Brilliant Behavior ABA is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis program in northwest Las Vegas (Norman Rockwell Ln and Tule Springs Rd) for children ages 2 to 7 with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis. The center says it was started in 2021 by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and that one is always on site.
Each child gets a personal learning space and materials, and also spends time in shared areas with other kids. Therapy goals cover communication, social and play skills, daily living and coping skills, focus, flexibility and safety skills, along with cutting down problem behavior.
Parents receive progress reports and videos, and the team works with your child's other therapists and teachers so new skills carry over to school and home.
The in-network list includes Anthem, Medicaid, Molina, Sierra Health and Life, Culinary, Katie Beckett and several UMR plans, among them the Teachers Health Trust. If you are unsure whether your plan covers ABA, the staff will check your benefits for you.
The center is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with two locations, on Norman Rockwell Ln and on Tule Springs Rd. Call or text (702) 848-2980 to start.

How this program accommodates different needs
Based on the provider's published information. Confirm the specifics for your child before enrolling.
First Visit Guide
What most pediatric therapy clinics expect. Confirm the details with Brilliant Behavior ABA before you go.
What to bring
- The referral or prescription if your doctor wrote one
- Insurance card
- Copies of past evaluations from school, the pediatrician, or specialists. Copies in hand can save you weeks.
- A comfort item for your child and snacks for the waiting room
Before you go
- Call your insurance and ask about coverage and whether an authorization is needed. This is the number one cause of delays, so get it moving early.
- Ask about the waitlist for evaluations versus ongoing sessions. They're different lists.
- If the clinic emails intake paperwork, finish it before you arrive.
The first visit
The first visit is an evaluation, not a therapy session. Expect observation, play-based tasks, and a long parent conversation, then a written plan with goals. Ask how parents stay involved between sessions.
For sensory-sensitive kids
These clinics are built around kids who need them, and most will happily give you a photo tour or a walk-through beforehand so evaluation day isn't your child's first time seeing the room. Take them up on it.
