Scoil Rince Ni Riada Irish Dance: Las Vegas

Scoil Rince Ni Riada Irish Dance: Las Vegas teaches traditional Irish dance to kids and teens ages 4 to 18 at 7024 W Charleston Blvd. The program covers soft shoe dance, hard shoe dance, and competitive Irish dance, so students can progress from foundational steps into harder shoe work and eventually into competition if that interests them and their family.

Class scheduling varies quite a bit by day. Monday runs the longest window, 4:30 to 9:15 PM, which likely covers multiple age or skill-level classes back to back. Tuesday is 5:00 to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 5:00 to 8:30 PM, and Thursday 4:30 to 8:00 PM. Saturday has a shorter 4:00 to 6:00 PM window, and the school is closed Friday and Sunday. Given how much the hours shift day to day, call (702) 721-8925 to find out which specific time slot fits a child's age and experience level, since a wide window like Monday's almost certainly means several different classes running one after another rather than one long single class.

Irish dance as a discipline builds rhythm and coordination through fast footwork, and the addition of a competitive track here means motivated students have a path beyond recreational classes if they want it. The school operates year-round rather than on a school-year calendar.

For a Las Vegas family interested in Irish dance specifically, rather than a broader dance studio offering ballet, jazz, or hip hop, this school's age range of 4 to 18 and its soft shoe through hard shoe through competitive progression cover a long-term path for a dancer as they grow. Language of instruction is English.
