About the Program
LiV Youth is the youth group at Word of Life Christian Center on North Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas, for teens in grades 6 to 12. It meets in a youth center set up for that age group, and Word of Life describes itself as a non-denominational, multi-cultural church.
Junior high students meet Sunday mornings at 10am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. On the 4th Sunday of the month, junior and senior high meet together at 10am, and everyone gathers on Wednesdays at 7pm. Pastor Andy Visser leads the group.
The group has run a summer camp for ages 12 to 18 at a retreat center in Prescott, Arizona, with high ropes, crafts, basketball, volleyball and swimming. Email livyouth@wlcclv.com or call 702.645.1990 ext. 132 to ask about the next camp.
