About the Program

ABA Institute provides ABA therapy for children with autism from its office on West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, and it has served Las Vegas families since 2011. Founder Dr. Marc Tedoff started working with children with autism in 1998 and taught special education in CCSD for 10 years before opening the practice.

The first step is a free one-hour consultation with one of the institute's clinicians to talk through your child's needs. From there, a BCBA writes the treatment plan and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works one on one with your child, with parents carrying the skills into daily routines. The institute says sessions usually run 3 to 6 hours per day and are often held at home, so plan for that time commitment.

Two things stand out for families. The practice has a psychologist on staff who diagnoses autism, and it helps with IEP development drawing on that CCSD experience. Treatment plans cover communication, cognitive, social emotional, motor and daily living skills, not only behavior.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Call (702) 502-8021 or (702) 986-9256 to ask about insurance and openings.
