Hello Calm

Hello Calm is a counseling practice on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson that sees children and teens as well as adults and families, in person or by telehealth.

For younger kids, therapy leans on play, creative work and talking, and parents are treated as partners in the process. The practice works with children dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, meltdowns, and trouble with sleep, routines or transitions. Teen therapy, family therapy and parent and child sessions are also on the menu. Shannon is the therapist the practice names for children.

Hello Calm does not take insurance. Sessions start at $185, depending on the therapist and specialty, and the office provides a superbill if your plan has out-of-network benefits. If the first session is not a good fit, the practice will switch you to a different therapist or refund that session. Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins or same-day slots, and canceling with less than 24 hours' notice can cost the full session fee.
