About the Program

Tumbling Boulders is a power tumbling, trampoline and double mini gym at 1000 Stephanie Place, Suite 7, in Henderson. It takes everyone from 18 months to adults, in recreational classes or on a competition track.

Classes go by age. Toddlers 18 months to 2 years can try a free Parent and Me on Wednesdays, 45 minutes of play with you on the floor. Gravel is a 45 minute class for 2 to 3 year olds. After that come one-hour classes: Pre-K for ages 3 to 5, Beginner for 4 to 7, Advanced Beginner for 6 to 9, Cobblers for 10 to 13 and Boulders for 14 to 17. There is also a daytime homeschool class, a freestyle trampoline team, and Inclusive T N T, a very small class for kids with additional needs, including autistic and neurodivergent children.

The first class is free if you book a Saturday trial. Monthly tuition is billed by invoice, so ask about the base rate when you book. A drop-in is $30.00 ($20.00 for a sibling), an extra monthly class or a sibling is $70.00, and private lessons with Coach Jillian are $65/hour. Invoices carry a $4 fee unless you pay cash in person, and late payments add $15.00. Give 30 days notice before you stop.

Special Needs Support

How this program accommodates different needs

This provider identifies as special-needs friendly. Ask them what that looks like for your child: staffing, sensory environment, one-on-one options, and pacing all vary by program.

Based on the provider's published information. Confirm the specifics for your child before enrolling.

First Visit Guide

What most gymnastics gyms expect. Confirm the details with Tumbling Boulders Tumbling and Trampoline before you go.

What to bring

  • A leotard, or a fitted t-shirt with shorts or leggings. No buttons, zippers, snaps, or skirts.
  • Bare feet, hair tied back, water bottle
  • Leave jewelry at home.

Before you go

  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for waivers.
  • Most gyms keep street shoes off the floor, so easy slip-offs help.
  • Ask where the parent viewing area is.

The first visit

Class runs in stations: bars, beam, floor, trampoline, with coaches rotating the groups. Classes group by age first, then skill, and you'll usually get a placement recommendation after class.

For sensory-sensitive kids

Gyms are big, loud, and busy to look at. Ask about weekday morning classes, and whether they run a quieter open play time. Several valley gyms do.
