The APS Electric Light Parade is a long time Phoenix tradition where families, neighborhood groups and businesses from across the city come together to provide an outstanding, family friendly holiday themed special event that is enjoyed by tens of thousands of families each year. COMMUNITY ENTRY CATEGORY (A) A Community Entry (A) participant can be an individual, family, organization, club or neighborhood group, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, bicycle clubs, etc.
