The APS Electric Light Parade is a long time Phoenix tradition where families, neighborhood groups and businesses from across the city come together to provide an outstanding, family friendly holiday themed special event that is enjoyed by tens of thousands of families each year. COMMERCIAL ENTRY CATEGORY Commercial Entries are separated into two registration categories (large commercial or small commercial). A small commercial business is one with 24 or fewer employees.
