Learn to move with grace and ease while using basic breathing exercises and simple yoga poses to help relax your head, neck, shoulders and back. This class will flow at a slower pace and students of all experiences and backgrounds are welcome to attend. Participants must bring own yoga equipment. No class 11/11, 11/25. 480-858-6500.
