This class is geared toward the young gymnast that would like to learn basic floor gymnastics such as forward & straddle rolls and how to walk on a balance beam. They will also practice skills to accomplish headstands, beginner cartwheels and arching. Kids will work on gross motor skills such as balance, coordination and flexibility. Focus on hand to eye coordination through the use of bean bags, balls, buckets and hoops. Your kid will flip for this class!
