Hi-yah! Kids will leap into the many benefits of learning martial arts. Combing kicking, punching and stances, students learn valuable lessons through the importance of positive mental attitude, self-control, goal-setting and confidence. This high-energy beginner class also promotes discipline, while burning off energy. Uniforms may be purchased the first day of class.
