Sewing; Beginner - Apron

This beginner-friendly, hands-on class will guide you through the ins and outs of using your sewing machine, hand stitching, and working with patterns as you create simple, custom projects. Bring your own sewing machine or borrow one from class. Supply list will print on receipt. Supply List: We will discuss patterns and fabric in the first class. Fabric can be purchased after the first class. • Sewing machine (or we will have some in class to borrow) • Scissors- 8” fabric shears • Thread snips or small scissors • All-purpose thread • Seam ripper • Measuring tape • Hand sewing needles • Needle threader • Pin cushion • Box to carry sewing supplies These items can be found at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Amazon. These stores also sell basic sewing kits with all the items you need.
