The Pathway to Civic Leadership program, part of Read Better Be Better’s Changemaker Continuum, is a transformative journey for high school students of any age. It equips them with the tools and resources to recognize their potential as changemakers and leaders,guided by the Flinn Foundation’s comprehensive guidebook. Through a 10-week, in-person leadership course, students engage in self-discovery and critical thinking around local community issues, exploring leadership qualities and fostering a sense of agency and responsibility. This process inspires students to take meaningful action and lead purposefully, helping them become effective problem-solvers and leaders in their communities.
