Build your child’s confidence, self-esteem and improve their fitness. Class combines striking and clinching techniques combining the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Class starts with warm-ups and may include shadowboxing, skipping rope, drills, pad and bag work. Must purchase gloves, hand wraps and shin pads. Attending every class is not required but you are welcome to if it fits your schedule. Fee: $120. MUST PURCHASE GLOVES, HAND WRAPS AND SHIN PADS.
