This class will equip students with self-defense skills, coordination, strength, self-confidence and respect. This class will provide introductory level of offensive and defensive movements of self-defense, along with exercise to improve and strengthen the body. Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have. Instructor Eric Mercado will have information about obtaining uniforms if desired. If uniforms are not purchased, students should wear loose, comfortable clothing. Class Dates: November 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, and 24.
