This class will equip students with self-defense skills, coordination, strength, self-confidence and respect. Class will provide introductory level of offensive and defensive movements of self-defense, along with exercise to improve and strengthen the body. Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have. Instructor Eric Mercado will have information about obtaining uniforms if desired. If uniforms are not purchased, students should wear lose, comfortable clothing. Class Dates - October 5th, 7th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th No Class October 12th Membership is required
