Join us in a drum circle open to every skill level, every third Sunday! Break free from modern-day stress and disconnection. This is your chance to shake off the tension of constant digital overload, find relief from restlessness, and connect with others in a powerful, upbeat way. Feel the rhythm move from calm beats to stadium-level energy! This is a great outlet for a busy and active mind, and a way to keep your energy positive. Bring your own drum (or use one of ours!) and get ready to join a group dedicated to recharging through music and hosted by Drums Are Life, LLC. Group drumming brings a powerful feeling to those who participate! Join to live in the moment with great people. Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
