Barre exercises, turns, leaps, and short dances will be taught. Proper technique is emphasized to build muscles without injury. Ballet Class Attire Leotard, Tights, Ballet Skirt, Ballet Slippers/Shoes (canvas or leather) or Fitted T- Shirt or dance shirt, dance leggings or fitted athletic pants. Hair pulled away from face secure neatly in a bun or ponytail. No large jewelry or accessories.
